This policy explains how We Buy Ad Accounts handles information submitted through webuyadaccounts.com.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, company or agency, number of accounts, approximate lifetime spend and currency. You can also provide notes and an optional account-history file. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

We use these details to assess the accounts you offer, respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible transaction. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list and does not commit you to sell.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved in the website’s private administrative system. Uploaded files are stored outside the publicly served website directory and are accessible through authenticated administrative access. Your enquiry details and any uploaded file are also emailed to the team at justinas@agencyaccounts.com for account review and follow-up.

Enquiry records and attachments are retained for account review and follow-up. You can ask the team to delete your enquiry using the request process below. Hosting backups may retain copies according to the hosting provider’s backup lifecycle. This website is hosted by Hostinger.

Spam protection

We use server-side checks, short-lived submission tokens and rate limiting to protect the form. A keyed hash of the connection IP address is retained temporarily for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry record. The hosting provider may separately retain technical access logs.

Analytics choices

Tag Manager container GTM-55VWJ6ZT is loaded only if you allow analytics. Optional analytics may process page usage and device information through our analytics provider. Advertising storage and advertising-personalization consent are denied by default. You can accept or reject analytics and reopen your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your preference is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. The enquiry form works without analytics.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information. Use the enquiry form, identify the email used for the original submission and describe your privacy request in the notes field. The team may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
